The Gower Dough Co Fleet

Saffie (Sapphire 💎)

The OG of The Gower Dough Co. a specially converted rice horse box, our smallest trailer –  but don’t let that fool you. Grab a view of her wood fired oven from her spalted ash counter- wood grown close to home in Gower. With her deep blue hues and illuminated “PIZZA” letters she’s a classic and aesthetically perfect for your wedding!

Amber 💎

A larger Sinclair horsebox conversion. Still featuring our signature wood fired oven but can house extra equipment and staff; increasing our catering ability and giving you more street food menu choices! She can house a coffee machine and cake counter if you’re limited on vendor space; sorting your coffee and pizza needs in one. Great for corporate catering, weddings, smaller festivals and events. Fun fact: Amber’s counter and workspaces are made using compressed recycled yogurt pots! @SmilePlastics

Emmie (Emerald 💎 )

Emmie is Amber without the oven, another Sinclair to our fleet. This time in the shape of a bar, to bring the pub to you. Emmie’s mix of raw edge wood and galvanised steel are softened with ambient lighting. She houses a selection of locally sourced amongst big name spirits and mixers; always with ice. Your choice of beer, larger and cider on tap plus red, white, rose and sparkling wines.
We’re plastic free and as sustainable as possible. Emmie is set for a wedding alongside our pizza outlets, corporate event days and smaller festivals.

Ruby 💎

Our showstopper. Ruby ‘941’ is an ex South Wales transport 1978 Bristol VR. Carefully converted to keep her as original as possible. Our staple wood fired oven in a fully equipped kitchen, the possibilities really are endless. We don’t need to sell Ruby to you, she does that herself.

Fun fact: There’s only four of these vintage buses in the world; ‘942’ is a converted catering unit in France; ‘952’ is a camper/ tiny house conversion in Pennsylvania, USA and ‘961’ is in original pristine condition owned by our father/in-law in @swansea bus museum (worth a visit if you’re local) … plus of course Ruby herself.
